IT support subscriptions — residential & business
These subscriptions are for IT support only — help with PCs, software, email, and kit you already have. Residential: £20, £25, £30/mo. Business: £30, £40, £50/mo. Networking is installs and cabling (Rora Networking): that is a different line of work, quoted on its own, never part of a support subscription. We put support scope, seats, and SLAs in writing before you sign.
IT support subscriptions only. The prices below cover ongoing help from Rora Computing — not networking installs. Networking (cabling, new APs, switches, site surveys, rack work) is Rora Networking: quoted and billed on its own, never rolled into a support subscription.
Residential
IT support for home PCs, phones, printers, and the kit you already use — remote first, on-site only where your tier says so. Pulling cable or fitting new WiFi hardware is networking (installs) — Rora Networking, not included in these subscriptions.

Subscriptions here are IT support (Rora Computing) only. They do not cover networking installs — new cable runs, access points, racks, switches, or full network builds. That work is Rora Networking, scoped and invoiced separately from any support plan.
We quote VAT where applicable, minimum commitment, and exactly what is in-hours vs out-of-hours before you sign. If your setup does not fit a box, we still start from these tiers and adjust — you get one clear document, not a spreadsheet of maybes.
