These subscriptions are for IT support only — help with PCs, software, email, and kit you already have. Residential: £20, £25, £30/mo. Business: £30, £40, £50/mo. Networking is installs and cabling (Rora Networking): that is a different line of work, quoted on its own, never part of a support subscription. We put support scope, seats, and SLAs in writing before you sign.
IT support subscriptions only. The prices below cover ongoing help from Rora Computing — not networking installs. Networking (cabling, new APs, switches, site surveys, rack work) is Rora Networking: quoted and billed on its own, never rolled into a support subscription.
IT support for home PCs, phones, printers, and the kit you already use — remote first, on-site only where your tier says so. Pulling cable or fitting new WiFi hardware is networking (installs) — Rora Networking, not included in these subscriptions.

We quote VAT where applicable, minimum commitment, and exactly what is in-hours vs out-of-hours before you sign. If your setup does not fit a box, we still start from these tiers and adjust — you get one clear document, not a spreadsheet of maybes.
